Testimonial from a Client I Had to Share

July 31, 2012

Being a mortgage broker can be tough. There’s plenty of competition and choice for mortgage borrowers. With a crowded market place it’s a challenge to differentiate my service as a mortgage broker from that of the bank.

In the mortgage business conversations are usually focused around rates and product. But there is so much more that I offer.  In short, I aim to go above and beyond and exceed my client’s expectations.
After working with a client I always ask for feedback. Recently I received a testimonial that I wanted to share with you. The reason I want to share is not because I want to bask in the glory of this awesome feedback that makes me feel pretty good every time I read it (just kidding) but more importantly because they express exactly what I want everyone of my clients to experience when they choose to work with me.

Hey Chris-
We would like to thank you for everything you’ve done for us. The process was very stressful and u managed to keep us calm.  Right up to the final negotiations….you were there ….almost like you were in the room with us.
Again,  I can’t begin to thank you enough.  Your knowledge and manner supported us through the stresses of buying our first home.  You always answered your phone or called right back.  You answered all questions and got us the best rate….even our realtor was blown away by you.  You asked if there was anything else you could do?  No,Chris…you were perfect!
If your looking to buy a place…GET CHRIS ON YOUR SIDE!
Thanks a million,
David and Miguel

I know, pretty good right? You can’t buy that kind of trust… it has to be earned. Curious to know if it was an isolated incident? Check out more reviews here.
If you’re looking for the same level of service David and Miguel got, then I invite you to contact me for a no-obligation consultation. Contact me here or book a call into my calendar below.
