Challenging Times - Our Commitment To You

Here at Tridac we have decided to close down our office for in-person visits while maintaining our commitment to you. It wasn’t an easy decision but it’s the right step to take to ensure everyone’s safety during the impact of COVID-19. We are continuing with business as usual, but virtually for the time being. Our promise to you is more important than ever during these challenging times - we’re here for you.

We are here to support & bring you up to date information

Our team is practicing social distancing while working diligently to help our clients. We are working with the lenders, insurers, and our business partners to bring you up to date information and support you the best way we can. Please feel free to text Chris directly at 416.732.8020 or email us at info@tridacmortgage.com with any questions you have.

Support for those impacted by COVID-19

There has been a lot of information released about mortgage deferral payments and other relief measures. The major banks, as well as the insurers, are providing options for those at risk financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This page will be updated regularly with relevant information as the situation progresses.

If you have additional concerns or have mortgage related questions, please get in touch with me here.

The 2020 Coronavirus will be remembered as a double crisis - health & financial.

While I can’t compare the bravery and heroic efforts of health care workers, as a mortgage broker I’m on the frontline of the personal financial crisis. Many households are at threat of financial fallout. Job loss, falling investment positions, unstable real estate values, business failures all threaten to spin us off axis.

As is often the case in times of great need the world comes together for the greater good.

All stakeholders from the top of government right down to private enterprise are coming together to support Canadians through the crisis.

As a mortgage broker, I’m here to reassure you that support and help will be there for you to weather the storm. Please feel free to share my Covid-19 Outbreak response page as a resource to help those in your community.

As always the door is open to you so please feel free to reach out anytime via phone or email.
